Can I return or exchange after purchase?
All Goods purchased on this Website cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective timepiece subject to the terms and conditions in Exchange and Return.
How to exchange a defective or damaged products?
If you believe that your timepiece is defective, please email your request for exchange with reasons (e.g. the details of defects/issues) and photos in support of your request within 7 days after the product delivery. We will contact you by email or phone and make any necessary arrangement with you (e.g. return of the Goods to our store as designated by us for inspection and checking) as soon as possible. However, if you do not hear from us within 7 days after your request, please send an email to email@example.com
What do I need to bring for exchange of the timepiece? If part of the original packaging is lost or damaged, can I exchange the timepiece?
If we approve your request for exchange, you must return to us the original official invoice, warranty card (where applicable) and all the original packaging (including but not limited to the protective packaging and sleeves, labels, packaging box and all accompanying documents and items) , all in good and unused condition.
No exchange is accepted if the original official invoice or any part of packaging is lost or used or not in good condition.
